Get ready for your getaway! A confirmed booking requires a 100% advance payment at the time of reservation, securing your spot in paradise! **Check-in & Check-out** -in starts at 1:00 PM, so you can kick off your holiday vibes right away! Please check out by 11:00 AM. While we don't offer early check-in, late check-out is available for an extra charge of ₹500 per. **Guest Policy** Bring your friends! Each room/villa accommodates a maximum of 3 guests. Additional guests will be charged the same as other guests per person per night. Remember to bring your valid government-issued ID proof (Aadhar, Passport, or Driver’s License) for check-in—Passports are a must for our international guests! **Children & Pets** We’re family-friendly! Children below 4 stay free if using existing bedding. Extra bedding for kids over 4 or adults is available for a small fee. Plus, we pets! Bring up to 2 furry friends (outside the room premises). --- **Cancellation & Refund Policy:** **Flexible Cancellation (Before Arrival)** We’ve got your back! Enjoy a 100% refund for cancellations made 10 days or more before check-in, and a 50% refund for cancellations made 3 to 9 days before check-in. Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued for cancellations made less than 48 before check-in. **No-Show & Early Departure** If you can’t make it (no-show), the full booking amount is non-refundable. If you leave earlier than planned, we’re unable refund any unused nights. **Rescheduling Policy** Need to change your dates? No problem! Date changes are allowed up to 10 days before check-in, subject to. Just a heads up—rescheduling may come with different rates depending on season. **Force Measures & Special Conditions** In the event government travel restrictions, natural disasters, or emergencies, we’ll be to offer a full credit voucher for future stays instead of a refund.
